Loved staying at this boutique family owned & run motel in the beautiful UP. Cleanliness, self serve brekky bar, white towels & friendly staff make this motel a hidden gem in the midst of the rustic U.P. Great guard dog on the property that keeps the riff raft out. They even have a small area for a a handful of FV’s/campers with full hook up!

I stayed here 15 years ago under different owners and it good to see things haven’t changed. Clean and quiet, air conditioned, a little out dated but will totally stay here again. Cheap and easy to book a room, non smoking Gand has a fridge, tv and microwave.

This is a nice, cheap place to stay if you need. They have weekly rates as well if you’re just moving out here. The area is safe and quiet aside from being off of the highway. I’d definitely recommend this place over the others that try charging an arm and a leg for a room. Everything you might want is relatively close by, from fast foods to grocery stores.
